Relevant Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Textile Technology, Engineering, Business or Sustainability.
Communication
Strong written and spoken English, with report-writing ability.
Field Readiness
Willingness to travel to farms, factories and facility sites, including rural locations.
Integrity & Objectivity
High personal integrity and comfort working independently and objectively.
Digital Skills
Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and digital audit and reporting tools.
Industry Exposure
Prior exposure to auditing, certification schemes or sustainability standards is an advantage, but not always mandatory.

Lead Auditor
Organic & Recycled Standards
Conduct on-site and desk audits of farms, ginners, spinners and manufacturers against NPOP, NOP, EU Organic, GRS and RCS requirements; review transaction certificates and traceability records; write clear, evidence-based audit reports; and mentor junior auditors.
3+ years' audit experience in organic/textile certification; IRCA or equivalent lead-auditor training preferred; willingness to travel extensively across agricultural and manufacturing regions.
ESG & Sustainability Analyst
Assess client ESG performance, prepare ESG readiness and rating reports, benchmark against recognised frameworks, and support clients in closing compliance gaps ahead of buyer or investor review.
Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or Business; 1–3 years in ESG, CSR or sustainability consulting; strong analytical and report-writing skills.
Carbon & GHG Verification Specialist
Verify GHG inventories and carbon footprint disclosures against recognised accounting protocols, support Net Zero roadmap reviews, and liaise with client sustainability teams on data quality and Scope 1/2/3 boundaries.
Background in Environmental Engineering, Energy or Climate Science; familiarity with ISO 14064 or GHG Protocol; 2+ years' relevant experience preferred.
Traceability & Supply Chain Associate
Map multi-tier supply chains, verify chain-of-custody documentation for farm-to-fashion claims, and support due-diligence assessments across supplier networks.
Degree in Textile Technology, Supply Chain or related field; strong attention to documentation detail; entry-level to 2 years' experience welcome.
Business Development Executive
Certification Services
Build relationships with brands, manufacturers and farm groups; represent TVGA's certification and assurance portfolio; and manage the enquiry-to-contract pipeline.
Degree in Business or related field; 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally in certification, testing, inspection or compliance services; strong communication skills.
